"comfortable room and in a quiet area"
food in the dining room expensive and took ages to be served but there are plenty of good restaurants close by.

"Great position in town at a great price and we got upgraded to a suite! Very positive experience."
Staff very helpful and swiftly brought us more (proper) milk for our tea/cofee. Although we didn`t eat there the prices on the room service menu looked extremely reasonable. The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely hotel, quiet road but close to the tube and super shops. Excellent staff and nice room. Next time we will pay more for a more "lush" room!

"myhotels could not honour our booking"
It was very upsetting as tyour company and Myhotels had made an error and although my money had been taken there was aproblem with the booking and they had to book me another hotel which they did do and were very helpful BUT it was an unneccesary problem in the first place. Would appreciate your feedback !!
