We wanted one night in a good quality hotel fairly centrally-located. THis is exactly what we got. THe room, although not huge, was very tastefully decorated and very clean. THe bathroom was particularly nice with chrome and glass fittings. Breakfast, which we included in our deal, was excellent. THe only negative point is that the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. However, that is a small complaint and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

we have recently stayed at the park plaza hotel victoria for 1 night.. the hotel is lovely, very clean and the room was fantastic. staff were very helpful and the location was great for public transport. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely be staying there again,.

An initial hitch with the room reservation was dealt with very quickly by the reception staff in an extremely polite and friendly manner.The room was clean and welcoming and the air-con greatly appreciated on the hottest day of the year.Breakfast was very nice on a self service buffet style basis.All staff were very polite and would definately use again.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in London at the Riverside Park Plaza...

We`ve stayed here twice and will come back. Very good value and centrally located. Breakfast is expensive but there is now a Pret a Manger across the road which is a good option.

From the moment you approach the reception you know you are in a friendly environment, the staff actually look interested, and try their best to be of assistance, rooms clean and tidy, central location, I recommend this hotel highly.

An excellent venue with close link to Victoria transport interchanges for both buses and trains. Good value evening meal, 2 courses and half bottle of wine for £16 Oct 10 prices.

Clean spacious room, comfortable beds, quality Dead Sea toiletries.helpful, friendly staff, convenient location 2 mins from Victoria Station.

Very impressed, as a first time London marathoner this hotel provideda great service and thoughtfull extras. Back next year!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, well managed with pleasant and helpful staff.We ate at the restaurant on the night of our stay and it was a first class dining experience.We stayed in an executive suite which was nothing short of amazing.

THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF WERE VERY ACCOMADATING AND HELPFUL AND POLITE THE ROOMS WERE VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN AND LUXURIOUS THE FOOD WAS OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WE HOPE TO GO AND STAY AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE AS WE WERE BOTH VERY IMPRESSED AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS

The hotel was wonderful and only 50 metres from the theatre and good restaurants around the corner. The staff were very helpful and helped me and my new mrs have an unforgettable honeymoon

Can not fault a thing about our room which was large, clean and well appointed with everything you require. Nice, large comfortable bed. The serice was excellent with very friendly staff. We did not use the restaurant. The only negative thing would be the extremely high price of drinks at the bar. 16 pounds for 2 drinks? Wow.

Hotel very clean and located in a really convenient place for sightseeing. Breakfast good but restaurant not big enough to seat everyone.

However the curtains were falling off which I`m sure was just missed by the cleaner.And the room we occupied was near a very load nightclub - we were so tired it didn`t matter though!

WiFi and local phone calls at extorsion price...

My huband and I stayed in room 120 where the wc leaked, the mirror in the bathroom was lacking the silver backing, the shower door hinge over the bath was broken. The tv entertainment system though advertised as working was not yet installed! The "key" failed five separate times and caused us a lot of grief and inconvenience as we had to take it back on the five occasions to be reprogrammed to get into our room or the Executive lounge, and this took up too much time. We were staying for a conference for three days.

we went for a 3 day break the hotel is great location very close to victoria station apollo theatre and buckingham palace. The rooms were very well equipped but could have done with a coat of fresh paint and the carpet cleaned a lot of stains dirty marks etc but overall very happy with our stay and would use this hotel again.

The hotel was neat and tidy. Rooms were well furnished and modern. The restuarant was fantastic with excellent service and perfect food.The only negative feedback I have is that the room was very loud and we could hear the other guests all night, I probably wouldn`t stay again just because of this reason.
