Stayed for 1 night on 6th Aug, family of 4. Reception was polite & friendly, room was clean with mini bar which I didn`t expect. Breakfast was great, plenty to eat. All in all was great value for money & would stay again.

Good Hotel, located not too far from Hammersmith station. Nice breakfast, clean, comfy and just what you want for a good nights sleep.

Breakfast - although a reasonable variety, neither the cooked food nor the tea were very hot.The fruit salad was very bland so I chose strawberries on my second morning.My room was huge - a lovely surprise and the hotel was generally quiet. Carpeting was very drab needs brightening up. as does the ambience of the corridors. A good position especially for those travelling to Heathrow. If the occasion arose I would stay again.

The hotel was excellent, clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious and hot and everything you could ask for.

Comfy stay, good breakfast (expensive if separate but included in our room rate). The only negative point was worn `bobbly` sheets otherwise no complaints at all.Underground carpark very convenient and at £1/hour for residents reasonably priced with the `resident` entitlement covering our whole stay in London i.e. the day before and after our one night stay.

Stayed with partner and two young children and would definitely recommend it for anyone on a sightseeing trip/city break.

Thank you for making our visit to Trooping The Colour Dress Reheasal last Saturday so enjoyable.The hotel and facilities are excellent, the staff of several nationalities very polite and helpul, juxt proving what a great, multi cultural and dynamic city our capital is.

Beds & room wasnot made up in the morning - Returned from a day out in lOndaon at 3:30pm and room as we left it. Also at breakfast it was hard work, had to keep asking for cups then tea or coffee then MILK, not relaxing at all. Hotel itself is clean and tidy but they need to sort the staff out.

Had a great stay for my Birthday and was made very welcome. Will come here again.

Recently stayed at the novotel london west hotel with my wife and daughter, very pleased with the professional and efficient manner in which we were treated from all staff , very good location and facilities, will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and a good size. Hotel was easy to get to (as we were coming from the west on the M4), had secure parking at a reasonable rate (for London) and the centre of London was easily accessed via the tube which was 5 minutes away form the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and also stay there again.

We were allocated a smokers room even though we requested non-smoking, we requested extra pillows which were not delivered. No vegetarian sausages available. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Hotel did not have our booking on arrival. Room was on a floor being renovated which required us to go upto floor 6 and then walk down to floor 5. Room was supposed to be a family room; it was not; there was barely enough room to walk around it.

We had a very enjoyable weekend in London. The Novotel was excellent. Very comfortable rooms. And the breakfast excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definately be back soon.

Breakfast was excellent, Service and staff very helpful indeed. Good location, the rooms were a bit small but that said there were 3 of us (quite large guys) staying in 1 room, so I can`t really complain about that. Nice and clean and a good shower!

drinks a bit pricey

Both the room and the bathroom are of good size and very clean. Beds are very confortable. The buffet for breakfast is outstanding offering a huge variety of food! everybody found their favorite.staff is friendly and efficient. A really enjoyable stay! for both couples and families.

close to tube, easy access to town

only fault we found was that having had to queue for breakfast we were moved to another restaurant area which was a bit cold the plates had not been warmed therefore the food cooled very quickly having said that the food was good and the staff were very helpful

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed our stay. The food made it for us (which is why we went back. We had stayed there before).
