"No Patio facilities"

It was just a shame that only in September, on a bright sunny day, all your outside facilities, tables & chairs etc had been put away for the winter. Surely this was a little early, bearing in mind it doesn`t take long to do it. Why not wait till Winter has set in !!

Very convienient for City travel Dont forget London Dockland Rail can include underground on your tickets missed this on first day . Hotel exelent breakfast good

" enjoyable stay"

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the iron didn`t work it was replaced quickly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered plenty of choice. The air conditioning was effective but rather noisy.

"child had total of 12 insect bites after sleeping in bed"

A child in our party was bitten by "bed bugs" a total of 12 times whilst asleep. This was delt with by a room move immediately but as this child is a model and was in London for an important photo shoot it had a massive impact on our stay. The shoot was not a sucess due to red swollen marks all over her body. I had a really hard time getting any form of compensation out of the duty manager and will not be staying at this hotel again !!!!

"Probably overpriced"

The room was clean and tidy although one of the bedside lights didnt work. We paid to have breakfast included and I think I have tasted better breakfasts in a motorway service station. It was buffet style and food was kept warm under heatlamps. One day the beans hadnt even been cooked let alone left to go cold.

would of preferred to not be woken by the cleaner at 9am - never had this in any other hotel, also slight broken bed but apart from that a good stay!

No real complaints but nothing to shout about either. Staff were all fine room was small but clean. Food was ok.Overall not bad but there must be better! If its worth four stars I would hate to stay in a 2.

great hotel, although a little noisey up to 9pm when the aircraft stop taking off from the City airport but the food in the restuarant was first class, in fact the best I have tasted in a long time

"Good value for money"

Adjacent to old London wet dock and overlooking London city airport (500M), also a large expanse of water used by rowing clubs. Excellent long distance views and very quiet location. DLR 15 minutes by footpath. London city about 1 hour (3 tube changes). It`s possible to walk around the area due to minimal traffic and extensive footpaths adjacent to the water. Adequate room size, tea coffee etc; although no fridge or minibar. English breakfast recommended with good choice and restaurant overlooks wet dock and river. Free wireless internet on ground floor. 24 hours room service with prices that are good for London.

"Feels a long way out of city centre, ok for the price including breakfast. "

breakfast good, Forgot to intially ask for non smoking room but reception staf changed on arrival without any fuss. We couldn`t turn off air conditioning which is rather loud so didn`t get a great nights sleep.

The staff were very helpful and courteous, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious with great views, the food and service was very prompt and still hot and overall it was great value for money. I wouldn`t hesitate to stay there again.

"staff christmas party - , building work prevents 4 min walk to Excell, service not good, room good"

The weekend we chose to stay it was the hotel staff christmas party so restaurant not available, children running about, and limited staff to serve guests. The reason to stay at hotel was the convience of walking to excel exhibition centre, but this is not possible until 2010, due to building work you need to take a taxi £6.00 each way.

The service is exceptional, and the hotel is very comfortable. I will of course be looking for a vacancy next time im in London.

Hotel was very good but it was so far out of the city and the surroundings were awful. Station closure on the Saturday did not help

"Good Hotel - Restaurant Unavailable!"

I booked to stay at this hotel specifically because I liked the sound of the restaurant and was looking forward to eating there. Upon arrival I was dissapointed to learn that the restaurant was going to be closed from midday due to being hired out for a wedding reception. If I had been told this I would not haved booked to stay here. Plus when trying to order room service I had to repeat myself so many times to the staff on the phone, please employ an english speaking person at least for the telephone as it`s so frustrating.I won`t be returning to any Ramada hotels as a result of this stay.

"Good value and well situated for the O2 stadium"

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Room service was very quick and the food was good. The lady who brought ours up was really polite and friendly. The room was comfortable but we did have trouble with the shower which filled up rapidly and the water couldn`t drain away quickly enough. It made getting ready a bit of a chore. Ideal for the O2 stadium -just 2 short tube journeys and excellent for the London Airport. Full English breakfast was excellent. It`s a bit out of the way if you were using it as a base to explore Central London but for a concert at the Dome it`s ideal.

"Was outraged that I had to pay a £30 damage deposit."

Even more outraged that it did not get credited back to my card at checkout. Rather disappointed that all staff appear to be foreign with poor service delivery training.

"Shouldn`t take preauthorisations you should have a choice."

Overall quite a good hotel although the beds are too soft, you cannot turn off the airconditioning and there is not enough shower gel. On a good note, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are very accommodating.

"TWIN ROOM?"

Nice and clean and comfortable with very nice staff!! Lovely bathroom products and decent facilities, only question mark is how close the twin beds were together, it may as well have been a double!!

"Very Good, Excellent customer service and valur for money"

I paid only a small amount for the 6th floor room with a river view and breakfast and also free parking. Staff were very freindly they evan let me stay 1 hour extra from the checkout time. Only downfall is that the breakfast was cold, e.g eggs, beans, hashbrowns.

beds have seen better days they are actualy better in the holiday inn express where i stayed 3 weeks ago... wasnt sure abt giving card details for 30 pounds i might spend left me feeling unsure..but hopefully you wont spring any hidden extras..please keep me informed as to any future offers yours sincerely j shaw
