The rooms very comfortable. A wonderful choice of food for breakfast . The reception area was very cold and we felt extremely sorry for the staff at reception. Thank you for a nice stay.

Superb hotel right in the heart of the old town. convenient for shopr, resaturants, the Palace of Holyrood and the Scottish Parliament. Easy carparking. courteous, helpful friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with views of the historic Royal Mile. Asolutely reccommend the Radisson Edinburgh.

Excellent location , clean and welcoming. Staff at reception need to be accurate with info. Misadvised re use of Mastercard card on arrival at check in- told couldn`t use it anywhere else over weekend showing block on card by MAstercard. I went to room and followed up and this was not the case. Very upsetting and totally inaccurate info. Otherwise all staff etc. excellent.

I thought for a 4.5 star hotel the rooms where a bit basic. Seemed to be no point having a shower door as the floor was soaked every time after showering staff were very friendly and helpfull tho

Really enjoyed staying here, ideal location (Royal Mile), friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms with large (6 foot) bed and modern facilities. On site parking a real plus and reasonable at £8.50/night.

I found the room to have coffee stains on the carpet and also the mini bar was filthy. And I also found some of the staff very rude.

The only complaint we woudl have had - and this is one we have in all hotels - is as followsWhy oh why on earth do all hotels use such little jugs in the dining room - it is MOST frustrating to find that they hold so little and are almost always only quarter full?

Really nice hotel, and in a brilliant location. Only negative was the size of the swimming pool, which was much smaller than it looked on the photographs. Would definitely stay here again!

"My Wife and adult daughter enjoyed the hotel very much."
Check in and check out was friendly and efficient . Breakfast was excellent and a very high standard of quality and choice. Unfortunatly the pool was closed due to a technical problem which prevented us using it as we had planned before breakfast on the Sunday morning. That apart a great experience and we will most definately be back.

We were initially booked into a room that had not been cleaned. I did not mind this as we were early & we decided to leave our bags and get something to eat. When we returned, the receptionist was unable to find our bags at first. Again, I did not mind but would suggest that a better service would have been to put our bags in our room once it had been cleaned. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay in very well located, exceptionally clean, smart hotel. Food in Itchycoo bistro good. Parking on site excellent. One small criticsm - breakfast tables we were seated at so close together you were practically sitting on neighbouring guests lap!
