The hotel is well situated and the area has many good tourist restaurants. The rooms were a decent size and very clean. The breakfast provision was well above average, will be recommending this hotel.

Hotel was much better than we had expected. Rooms were clean. Our daughter celebrated her 21st on the second day and hotel staff were extremely accommodating whilst we decorated the breakfast table etc. They even gave her a bottle of champagne on the house as part of the celebration. We were very appreciative it was very thoughtful of them. Metro only a short walk away which we found very useful as we had planned to see as many of the main places of interest during our 4 day stop over.This was our first true City Break booked over the internet and we were a little unsure of what we were letting ourselves in for - however, everything went just as we planned it. The hotel being situated where it was and the cleaniless etc., was a bonus to the wonderful sights Rome had to offer, A word of advise: Unless you are a big eater, you really only need to order one pizza between two!!!!!

We stayed in the Hotel for 7 days.. It is immaculatey clean and the staff couldn`t have been more helpful and curteous, A beautiful continental breakfast has everything you need for the long walks around the city. One niggle was the noises at night, but this is the fault of noisy people not the Hotel. This hotel is also very well sited for the tour buses,trains, and some very good eating establishments. And if you can afford it there is a shopping street 15 minutes walk away. For the price it was excellent value and I would have no hesitation using it again. thank you Hotels Direct.

This little hotel is only a short walk from the Termini and handy for transport. The room is very clean and modern and serviced each day. The bathroom is bang up to date and clean towels every day. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. I could not fault this hotel.

Literally just around the corner from the station. 25 minute walk to The Colosseum. Lots of places to eat within a short walk. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was light and good - try 4 minutes on the toaster though!!!

Good situation and within walking distance of most of the sights. Hotel rooms were small but very clean. Breakfast room well catered for though also very small. No ice machines or facilities in the evening, ie, cant get a beverage or a snack. Good wee chinese around the corner though!!

This hotel is not situated in the most salubrious area of Rome but it is very convenient for the train station and the buses that take you into the city centre. We used the Citybus Site-seeing Tour which stops round the corner and this was an excellent introduction to the city. The hotel was clean and tidy and provided a very adequate breakfast to start the day. However, the staff were what made the difference, speaking excellent English and providing all necessary information. They even helped me print my boarding pass for the flight home. Well done Yes!

Facilities clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location for travelling all over Rome. Only downside no hot drinks facilities in rooms. Would use again.

I would definately stay there again and experienced none of the negative aspects that other guests have commented on, maybe I was lucky but I have no complaints!

The Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location was good and very easy to find. The reception staff were extremely helpful especially the night staff who were manning the 24 hour bar. When i come back to Rome i will be definitely staying at the "Yes Hotel" again.Dee from London

Reception, bar & dining room and bedrooms newly refurbished to modern standards, but work on-going e.g. lift in Reception wasn`t working. Very clean and warm rooms and continental breakfast was OK. Really friendly staff whose recommendations for local restaurants was excellent. We would stay there again.

Basically we would recommend Yes Hotel and would stay there again for the following reasons: very clean, comfortable, very friendly & helpful staff, good location. But during our stay (Nov 08) there was major refurbishment going on; work started immediately outside our room at 7.30am every morning (Tue-Sat) and particularly noisy in the room above us, main lift out of order, alternative lift became dusty with use by workmen. This should have been made clear when we booked, or rooms particularly affected should not be used, or a discount offered. Staff gave us a bottle of wine as compensation when we complained. We would still go back once work has finished, or request a quiet room.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, well appointed bathrooms and helpful staff. The location was extremely convenient, but, surprisingly, nearly silent. CNN was the only English TV channel, but that is the only criticism I can make. Excellent value.

Without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Clean, neat ,tidy and the staff bend over backwards to help with anything from helping you with your itinerary to ensuring your room was cool, enough, nothing was too much trouble. Whatever you do ensure you also eat at the restaurant "A me mi piace" recommended by the hotel, just like eating at home. I will recoomend both to who ever asks me

Hotel clean & modern very convenient for buses We found the hotel clean & comfortable,it is conveniently placed for the buses & metro.The staff were very helpful pointing out the various sights and how to get there.We recommend this hotel to all first time visitors to Rome.Peter & mavis

The hotel was clean and friendly. It cost over E200 for 6 of us but it included breakfast. The hotel was a five minute walk from the Termini Station and suggested sightseeing tours. The room was air-conditioned and was very comfortable. The hotel has a lift to all floors and has tables for breakfast that don`t require to climb any stairs. The hotel is compact but ideal for a short stay. I left a box of jewellery behind me on check-out and the cleaner handed them into reception. It left me with a great impression of the hotel and I was very grateful for her honesty. I would recommend this hotel.

Small hotel but newly furbished and extremely neat and tidy. Rooms were cleaned well everyday and the reception staff was very helpful and pleasant. Both of us were thoroughly pleased to have chosen this hotel and would certainly recommend it to everyone. The only negative point was the Aircon - it was not powerful and we certainly struggled at times. If the rooms had the flexibility to control the temp, i think this hotel would be the perfect choice for any one.

The only reason this is a good and not an excellent review, is that the hotel although clean, smart and friendly, is in an average tarea of Rome. The upside is that it is near the Termini, so access to all of Rome is within easy reach and it is cheap for Rome. The staff are extremally friendly and helpful and the Hotel is spotless, continental breakfast also has a nice balance of croissant, meat, cheese, cereal, coffee, tea, yoghurt. This Hotel is highly recommended and in any other area would be alot more expensive.

Clean, convenient, helpful staff

5 minutes walk from Termini station. All Reception staff speak good English and are very polite and helpful. Room was clean and smart, though a little on the small side, possibly because it was a family room with a double and single bed? Disappointed not to have a bath. Good to have a fridge and electronic safe in the room. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room! Breakfast is quite basic, and the breakfast room is very small, which meant we had to wait one morning to be seated. On the whole, however, would highly recommend for location, service and cleanliness.

The Hotel was nicely furnished and comfortable, security was very good which helped to compensate for the slightly dodgy area of the Termini which was one street away. Breakfast was ok and Reception were generally helfpul and cheerful. Bedrooms would benefit from more soundproofing in the walls as corridor comings and goings could be heard. |Would have been nice to have had BBC rather than CNN on the TV!

Not the best area as near to the termini, however, the hotel was very modern clean and very secure. 24hr manned reception desk. Would recommend night travel by taxi door to door which was very easily arranged by hotel staff and inexpensive even when dining out in the Travestere area of the city (10 euros each way).

Perfect Location. Very close to Metro station, and major Bus terminal.Friendly Satff. Spoke English, and very keen to help guests in recommending places to visit.Great Room. Very clean, with everything needed. Even a small fridge to store food & drink.Breakfest. Lacks variety, but still cant complain. The hotel is situated in a quiet street 2 minuets walk from the train and bus station which is a great base for exploring.The rooms were cleen and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.I would of liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Recently refurbished hotel with rooms tastefully decorated. Very convenient location for transport around the city as only 3 minutes walk from the main train station. At the same time quiet even in rooms overlooking the street. Staff helpful and polite. Very much recommended!

A great little hotel, centrally located and a stone`s throw from the station. All you need for a short city break. Very clean, modern & friendly. The room, bed linen & bathroom were all immaculate. Couldn`t fault it. Would stay there again.

° The room was very small. No room for luggage or for more than one person to walk around. bathroom alos lacked counter space for toiletires. We were 3 people tucked in a 9 x 12 room, very tight. cold floor. °The breakfast was very simple, canned fruit cocktail, hard rolls and inexpensive sliced meat. ° For the overall price I expected more.° Location was excellent, close to the train station. I woudl stay int hesame neighborhood but try a different hotel.

the location of the hotel was perfect ,being very close to the main termini railway station and bus station, 3 mins from station yu are in the hotel(Use the airport train.) even so the street was quiet .English speaking staff where very helpful with intineraries etc.tourist buses 3mins away at station . Food /good continental breakfast. Room ,small, but very clean and modern. Would recommend this hotel to anyone
