We found the staff very friendly and relaxed.The room service was very attentive throughout our 4 days.It was great to have a last drink at night in the small bar.The only very minor criticism is that the room was quite small but overall I`d recommend the hotel

My husband and I stayed for the first time at the Chesterfield Hotel in August last and cant praise it highly enough. From the moment we stepped inside the door we were treated by all staff in such a courteous and professional manner. Our room was very well appointed, spotlessly clean with a real touch of luxury. Breakfasts were great with a very wide choice. We look forward to returning again very soon. A real gem.

Our stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair was very pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the luxury standard of the furnishings. The rooms were well equipped, compact and clean. The service we received was excellent. In every aspect we felt we were given personal service. The service and the food at breakfast were excellent. We were happy with the choice on offer - cooked breakfast as well as continental options. On a bit of a downside, the rooms although non-smoking still smelled of cigarette smoke. Having said this, we would be more than happy to stay there again. Good value for money.

This was our first time at the Chesterfield. We will come back here as the attention from staff was fist class. All were keen to help and make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Stayed during August Bank holiday. Location very good for nearby shops and parks etc. Reception and greet excellent, Room well decorated, could have been atouch bigger but generally very good. Restaurant / Breakfast Room very nice and spacious, food very good and service excellent all round. Would definately stay again.

Having spent our first weekend at your hotel in july and having enjoyed ourselves to the extent that the wife (who else ) told me to rebook for the forthcoming august bank holiday with the opportunity to stay for a long weekend this i duly did and have to say once again we were not let down from the moment you arrive to when you leave all members of staff do there utmost to make your stay a memorable one first class service from a first class hotel well done to the chesterfield

This was a last minute weekend break and the choice of the Chesterfield Mayfair made the weekend a memorable experience. We would defintely return and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Easy to find good location. Staff very helpful. The only dissapointment was the size of the room and bathroom. The website leads you to believe the rooms are spacious. I was in a superior king I think a standard double would be a shoe box. Generally a good stay

I have stayed in many hotels over the past 15 or so years, both through business and socially, b ut this hotel is far and beyond the best, for me a hotel is not all about the decor etc etc, please dont get me wrong the chesterfield has lovely decor, ut that is not the stand out attribute of the chesterfield hotel.What makes the chesterfield stand above the rest is the staff, i have never been made to feel so welcome and at home as i did here, the staff really cannot do enough for you, room service is excellent, food in butlers is fantastic, and i really do reccomend the afternoon tea in the conservatory, simply out of ths world.Thank you all at the chesterfield for making this london trip a very memorable one, i will most certainly be seeing you again on my next trip to london.

We only stayed one night, but the attention to detail was impressive. We were upgraded because there were no non-smioking rooms left and the smell of smoke did llinger, but that was our only fault. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and after a days walking, it was a great delight to return to a tub of foot cream on my pillow!! Breakfast was excellent, with lots of hot options beyond the usual full english and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I don`t usually sleep well in hotels but did so at the Chesterfield. Breakfast & accommodation both of the expected high standard for a hotel of this quality. The general personnel at the Hotel are easily the most attentive I`ve encountered in London yet....highest commendations.

All of staff very polite and helpful. Hotel generally well situated to London sights and amenities yet in a quiet location. Rooms are compact but well appointed and kept clean and tidy. Very good choice of options for breakfast. Only gripe is that internet access was not available in room but was available in basement.

This hotel has been the best I have stayed in..and I have traveled a lot. We got upgraded to a very lovely room! The breakfast included was lovely..breakfast in bed! I would highly recommend this hotel...great location, I love the Green Park area- lovely to walk around and the hotel is close to many great attractions!

We stayed at the Chesterfield hotel for two nights and loved every minute of it.The room was perfect ,the dining room,the bar area,and the rest of the hotel was again perfect.The staff at the hotel were very polite and could not do any more to make our stay one to remember.We will without doubt be returning for another stay.

we stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary on the 1st august. The staff could nt do enough to help you. The restaurant called the butler`s restaurant was outstanding 1st class food. We would certainly go back to this hotel again when we visit the capital again. we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

This hotel is old school believing in service and quality. Excellent overall, rooms have everything required although ours was slightly small. Very pleasant bar area and dining room, the food was good and service wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
