clean, modern and very close to Temple Bar area.
Stayed Friday and Saturday night, excessive noise in the street nearby from the drunks standing around the bar/club until approx 4 in the morning on both nights, particularly bad Saturday night If you do not want to stay out yourself until 4am and want a nights rest, stay at another hotel off Temple Bar
beautiful room, fantastic breakfast, excellent service, spotless, lovely bathroom, five minutes from Grafton Street, minutes from Liffy and Millenium bridge, absolutely gorgeous decor in diningroom, Turks Head pub very, very eye catching.Lounge area with seating to people watch is average size but sits well back from reception desk so you can read a paper and not feel conspicuous. Went to see The Morrison Hotel bedrooms and they were not any better than Paramount room that we had. Ten out of ten overall. When returning to Dublin this is where we will be staying again. Very very pleased indeed. Had never been to Dublin before but have travelled quite a bit and value for money here was just excellent.
EXCELLENT CITY CENTRE LOCATION IDEAL FOR ALL ATTRACTIONS. HOTEL STAFF MORE THAN HELPFUL.BEDROOMS VERY CLEAN AND GREAT WIDE BEDS AND HOT SHOWERS.WELL RECOMMENDED. WOULD STAY AGAIN.
the trip to Dublin was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend ! He was so positiv surpriset from the hotel and the area in the middel of tample bar dublins amusement district .You have many fun when you bocked a night in the paramount hotel ,breakfast was enough and tasty a very good start in your dublin day:)
A fantastic hotel in a central location!
We stayed at the Paramount on a Tuesday night, we are a family with a toddler who were not staying up late and boozing. We were put in room 314 three floors above the bar and on the corner of a busy road. Alright if there was double glazing but there wasn`t. At 11.30pm a bad Irish covers band cranked up Van Morrison and it was so loud a normal person couldn`t think straight. I complained and the reception man said with a smile "that`s not the loudest room". Overall nice hotel, breakfast etc but so loud and you would think that the staff would take into account a quiet room for a small family. Also I had checked Trip advisor and noone mentioned the noise. Strange.
Great location, very clean, excellent bathroom, decor a little dark, room heating no control
Our party had a great time the hotel was in a great location right in the hub of things but not ot noisey to get on your nerves. The staff we friendly & helpfull. The Turks Head was great lovely bar A great place to eat & bit of a boggie later on. We would all stay there again would definatly recommend it to friends.
Perfect loction for those who want to be involved in Dublins nightlife! It is right in the middle of what Dublin has to offer, you are on top of Temple Bar and in walking distance from the shops and good restaurants.
Room size was great, clean and comfy. Location perfect for Tempal Bar visits. The breakfast tasted grand. Staff friendly. 2 down sides, 1 - Double bed is actually two singles placed together and the entrance is not in parliament street as indicated by the map, which was a bit confusing at 11pm...
Great location and good value. Thanks
The bedroom was spacious and luxurious and perfect for 3 people sharing.
Central - room very good - great shower-what more do you want -reception staff very helpful - sorry breakfast cold.
Room was excellent, breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again.
On arrival i found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. My accomadation was very clean and comfortable. The food was lovely and i found the hotel to be an ideal location to all the shops and amenities.
bargain rate so good vaoue very clean renovated room but rail in bath hanging off wall. friendly staff not loocal though so got wrong directions to places but great for a cheap stay
Excellent location right in the centre, rooms were clean and spacious and staff friendly. Good choice of breakfast.
The hotel was in a great area, within walking distances to any of Dublin`s beautiful buildings. We really enjoyed are stay at this hotel, breakfast was great as well as the service. Would stay their again.
This Hotel is ideally sited for easy access to the Temple Bar and although we stayed for a Thursday and Friday during xmas week the noise of revellers walking about was never overwhelming....being on the outskirts of the busy district most people have hopefully done their shouting before getting to us. We had a triple room on the fourth floor, which, being a corner room meant a large comfortable space and big bathroom. This was our second stay and we have just booked for a third time in a few weeks....thoroughly recommended.
Lovely hotel, lovely staff, perfect location, and great accomodation. But the noise levels of the surrounding streets in Temple Bar means that light sleepers have a wretched night`s attempted sleep. Great for heavy sleepers like me - my wife was verging on suicidal!
myself and my partner enjoyed the beautiful hotel, we will be staying again.
Everything about the hotel was great - the only thing I noticed was I didn`t speak to one Irish person in the hotel - they were all different nationalities but this didn`t deter from the great service!
Located within a couple of minutes walk from Temple Bar, the hotel is idealy located. The hotel itself is clean with comforable bedrooms, albeit they are a little on the small side. The one noticable feature of the hotel is the predominance of the colour brown in the bedrooms and public rooms. This, when coupled with low lighting, leads to a overall effect of gloom which becomes slightly oppressive after a time. Having said that I would definitely consider using this hotel again on a return trip to Dublin.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Within walking distance of most sights, shops and restaurants.
All in our party were very happy with the comfortable clean and spacious rooms, excellent customer service and great value for money. The hotel is well situated and I would definately use it again.
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were great as was the full Irish breakfast. Staff very helpful and hotel central to all bars. Would recommend to all.
Very nice hotel, right in the heart of everything! Rooms very clean and well presented. Breakfast very nice - just what you need after a night out! Highly recommended
Not enough plug sockets! Other than that a great hotel.
Fantastic location, service very good, would stay there again.
Staff and breakfast excellent, great location, just need to request a room nearer to the top of the building as there is a bar directly underneath! We were lucky as had a room looking out onto the quieter side street.
Went to Dublin for weekend with friends, lovely hotel nice decor.
had a very pleasant stay .location ideal .Hotel exceptional value for money .Staff extremely helpful and full of information on the sights and excursions.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to return in the not to distant future.
The bed room was too hot at times, but then it was warm outside for end of october.
