Lovely hotel, right next to the shard..We asked for a smoking room, & got one..Lovely breakfast...And you are 2mins from Train or Underground..We had a lovely time...

Room was lovely but bathroom not up to standard ie door hit toilet and bath was broken and shoddily mended bad finnish on tiling on bath panel. Breakfast was nice but seating cramped and to get to our room was a bit of a maze having to get two lifts and corridor journey but staff were lovely location is great for resteraunts although as this was a west end show break is a fair distance from the theatres which cost £40 return by cab but being a Londoner myself I guessed this but guests from further afield may be surprised and if travelling to hotel by car the parking is obviously expensive but all in all we enjoyed our stsy

Should have been warned about the noise from trains.

This was an excellent standard hotel but the breakfast was not as perfect as it may have been due to the delay in basics such as supply of sausages in the hot food servery and lack of basics such as lurpak butter one morning. We chose to take a cream tea in the hotel bar on the Sunday and were disappointed with the standard of service where the waiter was too quick to clear the crockery when we had not quite finished. Overall a hotel we would recommend to others !

Great hotel, perfect location

High standard of accommodation. Excellent housekeeping and friendly staff. The only disappointment was with the cooked breakfast which was lukewarm. All other aspects of the breakfast were good.

Staff very helpful so far , clean and tidy

Hotel staff and services were excellent. In keeping with most London hotels, small rooms for the price and not sure why anyone decorates a small room in beige and brown - not great initial impact combined with size. That aside the room was clean, the soft furnishings high standard, bath room good and facilities very good. Location great for rail and tube services and for Borough Market and Shard. Even walk along south bank to the west end really enjoyable by night and day.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful

Hotel would have been excellent but for being awakened by workman removing scaffolding and being close to our window within 2ft at 8am. what a view! complained to reception, all they said was sorry it was not there workmen on there building on the 5th floor? they said if next time if we go back to stay they would give us a free upgrade & breakfast! Not a great response! no blame taken & unsympathetic.

I am obviously very concerned to read you feedback. Unfortunately, the hotel was not given any warning that contractors would be working on scaffolding outside Jamies Bar (located next door to the hotel). I apologise if you found the Duty Manager unsympathetic, my understanding is that they did manage to stop the workman immediately. Customer services at Hotel Direct have been trying to reach you by email directly, without any success. I do hope you will give the hotel another chance. Kind regards Lisa Morley

Hotel was in convenient location but the room had musty odour and floor was not hoovered properly.

Found it hard to find initially as tucked away and lots of exits from the London Bridge station, room clean and tidy but no milk available for the tea/coffee

This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Good place to stay. Nice rooms ,good food ,helpful staff.

Lovely hotel room clean, everything we needed. staff very helpful. Dining room pleasantly set out. Easy reach with things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic theatre break stayed at the London Bridge Hotel. Location is fantastic right next to The Shard and Borough Market. Hotel was very well appointed, food excellent and the bedroom very comfortable. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely stay with you. We had ordered champagne afternoon tea prior to us arriving and thought it was good value and both enjoyed it.
