Our room was extremely comfortable particularly the bed had a great nights sleep! Must commend the staff, unobtrusive , helpful , polite and friendly nothing too much trouble. We had a delicious breakfast, wonderful cold breakfast buffet with so much choice and a freshly cooked full English which was really tasty, as much toast tea/coffee as you like . All in all a lovely weekend , thank you The Bloomsbury

We chose this hotel based on location for our theatre trip and a night out in Covent Garden and were really pleased with the standard. Surprisingly up market for what we paid - would highly recommend.

We did experience a slight problem with our room but this was dealt with promptly and pleasantly. We found all staff to be friendly and approachable and cleanliness was of a high standard. The hotel is in a good position for touring London and we would definitely return.

Just a couple of issues , dirty trays left on landings and in room-bathroom door is see through , loo in wrong place.

Beautiful hotel, lots of good touches, such as complimentary cocktails given to my husband and I as it was anniversary. Our room was really nice and with plenty of space. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere, quite `grand` but not stuffy and the staff are professional yet friendly. It is a shame that there is not a grading between good and excellent because we would have gone for very good.

We stayed for 1 night and would definitely recommend this hotel and return there again ourselves. The bar was nothing short of accommodating and amazing, the waiter was incredibly friendly and gave us a nye shot to start our evening off. Cocktails were fantastic. Only niggle we had was breakfast on room service was missing a few items however it was swiftly seen to. Cleaninless of room and hotel was exceptional, swift check in and out. We loved it. Spent 3 nights here in December 2014. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good (although they did run out of marmalade and pineapple on the last morning!). Only thing that let it down a bit was the evening meal - saying that there are hundreds of great places to eat within easy walking distance.

I could not have wished to stay in a nicer hotel and the location was perfect for access to the Congress Centre. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, an extra special thank you to Maria and Estelita during breakfast.

Everything was perfect, great pre-theatre food and reasonably priced.

Overall, we were actually impressed with the hotel. We chose to have a light lunch in the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow and extremely expensive for what we had. Our advice - stay in the hotel but eat somewhere else.

Perfectly adequate hotel; clean & well presented but thought the room pretty average for the class of hotel. Convenient for the West End & close to the Underground.

From the minute we arrived at this hotel we were treated like VIPs. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The hotel is immaculate everywhere and smells divine because of the aromatherapy products used appropriately in all areas. The breakfast was amongst the best we have had and all freshly prepared and the choice was excellent. The cocktail bar is very sophisticated and conducive to private conversation. The location was perfect for us with walking access to Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Soho and tube stations. The management clearly have set the right tone for the hotel.

Very nice hotel, excellent service too. Went out fir the evening cane back our bed was turned down for the evening, just little touches makes all the differences! Nice experience

Great staff at the Bloomsbury. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. The staff were 1st class. A short walk to Covent garden, Leicester square etc. Perfect location.

Hotel was in a prime location, very attentive staff and Gary the concierge was amazing. Would stay again for sure.

Chose this hotel for its great location as it was only 10 minutes walk to the theatre and a little further to Covent Garden. Lovely rooms with good equipment and decent size.

From the moment we stepped in to the Bloomsbury, we were made to feel welcome and taken exceptional care of. The premises are excellent, with clean comfortable rooms, lovely catering and a warm atmosphere. What is truly remarkable about the hotel, however, is the staff. Friendly, courteous, attentive and extremely helpful, they ensured that this will be the venue of choice for us for every stay we subsequently have in London from now on. We had an excellent stay; delighted in the careful but unobtrusive help that was offered; the bedroom was a good size, beautifully furnished; and the bathroom a delight for its stylish appointments. The continental breakfast offered a rich wealth of foods, all well prepared; and the service was first-rate. Acquiring a taxi for leaving was easily and quickly effected. Altogether this was a welcome stay.

Excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, We had a great stay here. For some reason, the hotel had the wrong dates for our stay on their system, but this was sorted without any fuss.

Well placed hotel central location for us, staff were very good and friendly with requests. We ate at the hotel in the evening, the food was of a very good standard, well presented and tasteful. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would be repeated.

Our room was lovely however, throughout the night, even though we`d switched the air con off, it made a very annoying whirling noise! Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. Our room no was 315!

It was a special occasion trip to London and the Bloomsbury fitted the occasion perfectly!
