Fire alarm in the middle of the night! No fresh fruit or cheese at continental breakfast butvapart from that lvely hotel.

We all had a great stay .. Very clean lovely staff and a fab shoe shine kit on the stairs - we all had a go x Rooms have lots of space with comfy beds We will be visiting Astor court again on our next London trips

The Astor Court Hotel Is excellent value offering very clean and comfortable accommodation in the West End of London. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was more like an apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bed and lounge area. All staff very friendly and helpful, would happily go back to stay again.

Friendly staff, but room in need of some refurbishment and bathroom was not up to standard for the price of the room (stained and rusty bath and fittings, inoperable shower). Continental breakfast okay, but not brilliant. The hotel is above a tube line, and as we were on the ground floor we could hear whenever a train passed underneath, although they did stop after midnight.

Overall the hotel was good value. It was clean and spacious. We were upgraded which we thought was a bonus and it was from a standard of room point of view. But we were on the ground floor and at the front of the building which resulted in a lack of sleep because of the traffic noise from night until dawn. Would use hotel again but with a special request regarding the bedroom.

Needed updating ! Was clean but drab prefer a modern hotel ? Don`t like shower curtains.

Very clean, very good staff + well mannered plus very helpful, the only thing that needs to be improved is the bath panel (needs replacing ) apart from this! enjoyed our stay .

Very clean, friendly. Pleasant area. Replacement lavatory seat did not fit the lavatory. Wash bowl tap difficult to use. Could not open bedroom window on hot day. Continental breakfast lacked fresh fruit ( only tinned)

Very clean and comfortable hotel with adequate continental breakfast in good location. Helpful reception staff. Poor Wifi speed standard.

We were given an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment, fantastic hotel,in the heart of the city, room slightly dated, taps and glazing, but this in no way spoilt our stay here, quiet considering the location

Staff were very pleasant and reception areas/lift all in good order and inviting. Our room ( no.33) was nicely decorated but unfortunately we were opposite a building which was being renovated and, as hotel windows not double glazed, it was very noisy during the daytime.( Drilling etc) Small things to improve the experience: provide tissues in the bathroom/soap dispenser above wash basin needs unblocking/new shower mat in bath needed. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Breakfast good. Ideal location.

Breakfast was good however pastries were not replenished quickly enough for the amount of guests.

What a lovely little find. Very clean, friendly and comfortable nights stay. My mother felt that the heating could have been on for a little while in the morning, but other then that a lovely hotel. Would defiantly stay again. Thank you

The main lift was out of order most of the weekend which I found inconvenient on times. The room and cleanliness was very good . We were in room 17. We did have some concerns about the lay out of room. As the toilet was separate from the bathroom there were 3 doors between both. Also you had to walk length of room to was your hands after using the toilet. As I am a nurse I have concerns about people`s cleanliness in this matter. Or whether due to the distance you would find people can`t be bothered!!!

Good location near to local late shop and main shopping area. Also a clean room. The problem was, although booking a while ago, our two family rooms couldn`t have been in a worse location. On the ground floor, on the front of the hotel. The noise came not only from the traffic outside, but also the underground which rumbled most of the night. Also the breakfast was very basic, even for a continental. Also it was further from theatre land than we had been led to believe. It wasn`t really within walking distance. We would maybe return, but only for location, and would look elsewhere first. A

Convenient, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having that extra bit of space the room provided. Would stay there again.

A slight inconvenience having no wash hand basin in the toilet. Having to go back to the bathroom to wash your hands was a bit of a nuisance. On the whole a good hotel. We would use this hotel again.

Nice clean rooms comfortable bed stayed in room 3quite small and facing street so a lot of traffic noise but slept well.Only stayed 1night so ok probably would have asked to quieter room if staying longer .Staff pleasant and helpful breakfast very good.Would stay again

Nice large clean room (6) the only problem was very squeaky floorboards but that was it. Everything else was good ,staff very friendly ,breakfast plentiful , not too far from underground

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful, bedroom very clean though a bit dated, bathroom very small. could not turn off heating so the room was very hot, maybe a good thing when it gets very cold!!.. it was adequate as a base for our theatre break and bus tour.
