An exellent ubication, near chemist, supermarkets and plenty of cafes, yet a very quiet street. Rooms very fresh, clean and comfortable, we felt secure and well looked after by the staff. Many thanks to all of them.

Every where in the hotel is clean, bedrooms big enough for your needs. All the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good and very fresh. Would definitely stay again.

I had a double room for single occupancy and it would have been a tight squeeze if there were to occupants but would recommend nevertheless. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

good value for money, location easily accessable with the metro, not very far from Moulin Rouge, basic french breakfast, quality of the food good, choice limited, TV channels in room mainly french, although CNN was available, solid three star hotel in a very expensive city!

I booked four rooms for three nights for a family and friends trip to Paris. The hotel was easy to find and probably the best of its class I have stayed at during many trips to Paris over the years. The rooms were well kitted out and clean (some are of course more spacious than others) and all the staff I met were bilingual (at least) and helpful. From previous reviews I thought the breakfasts would be bad but they were very acceptable. I didn`t try it but there was also a pretty comprehensive looking night time room service menu. It will be my first choice for my next visit.

Just back from 3 nights at the Elysees Opera and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Its ideally placed in the city as there are 3 metro stations within a 5min walk, all of the landmarks are therefore no more than 10mins away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel itself provides very clean and tidy rooms (small and compact but thats apparently normal for Paris!!) with excellent new showers and the breakfast included allows you to `fill up` before you head out for the day. As for Paris - the architecture and landmarks are perfect (but very busy), the people generally rude, its VERY expensive to eat and drink (a beer is 8 euros!!) so its not a cheap 3-4 day stay but all in all, its worth it. If the weathers nice, head for the Jardins des Tuileries which are next to the Place de la Concorde / Louvre.....sat in the sun today watching the world go by and its was perfect. Enjoy!!!

We both enjoyed our short stay for our Wedding Anniversary treat Trip to Paris.The Hotel was easy to find from directions given.The room was clean with a nice Bathroom-Very good shower. Helpful friendly staff. Nice to have a Safety deposit in room-and quiet good Air Conditioning.Good Continental Breakfast.Would stay there again.

Had a lovely break at this hotel. In a quiet district yet easy walking distance to the Metro. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. Would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.

The room was smallish, yet perfectly adequate, and very clean. The shower facilities superb. Breakfast was typically continental, fresh and plentiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the Hotel was centrally located, just a few minutes away from 4 metro stations.

Great hotel, nice staff, great location very impressed. This was our second stay in paris and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only thing was the bar was way to expensive would be nice if they lowered the price for guests to have a quick drink down stairs. 10euros for a whisky a coke, you can`t really justify, but all good you can always drink in your room.

Very good staff, lovely rooms let down by breakfast choice. Tinned fruit salad instaed of freash and no way to toast the bread provided.

we found this hotel fabulous. the staff were very friendly and helpful and pointed us to some very nice restaurants. the rooms were comfortable and spotless and the breakfast very nice. the location was ideal being almost in the middle making sightseeing very easy. i would definitely stay here again

All reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, although small were clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a good position for the restuarants of Montmartre and sightseeing. It would have been nice if there had been tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Staff were lovely and ver accomodating. Room was a decent size with seperate bathroom and toilet. Air con worked well. Room got cleaned beautifully every day. Quiet street much closer to les grandes espaces than we thought. Good bus and tube links. Local cafe`s and supermarkets very handy. Only down point, and it didn`t ruin anything for us, was that for breakfast, although more than adequate, the bread and croissants were a bit stale for french standards. We would definatley pick this hotel again however.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Although it was a bit of a walk to shopping centres etc, it is well served by trains to get anywhere. The Hotel had friendly and helpful staff, and although the wifi didn`t work on our floor, internet was still available and all facilities were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We needed a hotel with parking (at least nearby) and googled exactly that. The rate was excellent for high season, the rooms clean and the staff super helpful. The location will be improved when the major work in Place de Clichy is completed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. The hotel was so clean and fresh and the rooms were really spacious considering it is in Paris where most other hotels have box sized rooms. The area the hotel was in was brilliant with loads of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The directions from the airport to the hotel were really clear and accurate and we found the hotel very easily from the directions given. Overall it was a great hotel and a great place to stay while visiting the city - we would stay again!!

My wife and I stayed three nights, the price was good and we found the receptionist very helpful and would recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, our room was a bit small but for a three star hotel and for the price one cannot have everything! .Best wishes. Dr Gholam Jamnejad

Hotel was perfectly situated in a nice area. Easy access from metro to see all the great sites of Paris. Rooms not massive but as your out and about so much it is more than adequate. Nice cafe/bars and shopping nearby if your tired after a busy day out and about.

We very much enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is close to a metro station, so getting right into the centre of Paris was easy. There are several Brasseries/Cafés near the hotel.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Room spotless, well maintained and comfortable. Excellent shower and separate toilet cleaned daily. Seemed to be in a very nice area and quite convenient for metro, buses and taxis and with very nice shops on the doorstep. Hotel offers good range of services and tariff included and excellent breakfast with a good choice of food on a help-yourself basis. In-house bar available and 24 hour service if required for sandwiches and food. Very pleased to recommend this hotel, will certainly return.

we were located on ground floor right by reception so could hear talking late at night and early in morning. Hotel was very basic for a 3 star. We expected to at least have coffee /tea making facilities in the room, As there was not, the alternative was room service charging nearly 5 euros for a tea ( almost £5 ) . Hotel was clean and tidy, Good room cleaning service and breakfast was adequate

just a pity our stay was as short, will use this hotel again

This was an ideal hotel for our needs. It was fairly close to the Gare du Nord, and close to 4 Metro stations (Liege, Europe, Rome & Place du Clichy). The room was small but comfortable - but then we were only using it to sleep in. The toilet & bathroom were both modern and very clean. There were no tea-making facilities, but we took our own. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff were helpful, and the location was quiet. Overall we were pleased with our choice and had a pleasant stay. The offer of 3 night for the price of 2 was also excellent value.

Hotel was brilliant - a real gem with double glazing and no noise from the street - a first in Paris. Bed comfortable and everything clean. But breakfast was disorganised on the first day - just didn`t seem able to clear tables and find food and table settings in a timely fashion. I tried again very late on day 3 but by then all seemed under control.

Newly and tastefully renovated, with friendly service, good metro links, and a quiet location make this the ideal base. The nicest *** hotel we have ever found in Paris, and Hotel Direct`s room rate made it a bargain compared to the Hotel`s own tariff. Best of all, a descent sized bathroom in central Paris.

The hotel is very good and we would stay again. Well placed for the Gard du Nord (Eurostar), slightly off the tourist trail and walkable to Monmartre, and most of central Paris, though the Left Bank is a bit of a trek on foot. Three Metro stations within 5 mins walk and buses to Versailles stop nearby. The rooms were slightly small but well decorated and spotlessly clean and all the equipment worked. Some noise from other rooms but nothing unreasonable and none from the street. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Local restaurants were also fine, if slightly expensive given that it is not obviously a tourist area. The staff were generally very good and spoke perfect English. Our only gripe was that the hotel lost our voucher and at checkout we had to persuade the only unhelpful receptionist to believe that we had paid - so bring a spare. He then huffed and puffed through ordering a taxi, more interested in talking to the laundry man. Put it down to Gallic charm!

Good quality, good location, no complaints whatsoever.
