5 star hotel amazing

Great rooms, gigs cocktails after the show and close to all theatre land and the shops as well as tube stations to allow for sight seeing. Would I go again in a heart beat

Only downfall was a slight drain smell in bathroom but once the water had been run It disappeared

Excellent hotel, easy walking distance to central popular areas, staff are very helpful and polite would come back again.

We stayed in a twin deluxe room which had all the amenities but was very small. Don`t know what the standard room would have been like. No mini bar but free WIFI and lovely en suite. Overhead shower was bliss (don`t worry girls, there`s a shower cap :) ). Very comfy beds. Asked for a high floor and away from lifts/staircases and that`s what we got. Went to the Top Secret Comedy Club in Druty Lane and had a blast. 7 minute was back to hotel was perfect. Would stay again.

Lovely Edwardian hotel, room was excellent, very comfortable and clean as was the bathroom with a fantastic shower. Room service was also great and it was within walking distance of the West End

Reception lovely, breakfast milk gone off on table lumps in milk. Cobweb on ceiling. In room 322.. Silver paper still on floor in room 322 not sure of hoovering skills. Cooked breakfast ran out of bacon.&mushrroms more bring cooked but we were on a tight for time. Certainly not 4 star.

The Kingsley needs to be praised for providing a warm welcome, with comfortable clean rooms, attentive staff, and excellent location. We will stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel before and keep coming back because it is so good. However this time although the room was lovely it was sited at the front of the hotel and the noise from the street made sleep impossible. It needs effective double glazing!

Ideal location for theatreland and London sightseeing

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Appreciated hot buffet being all gluten-free however was given white gf bread when wholemeal was requested 3months previous. Also on 3rd morning there was NO gf bread at all available. Suggest always keeping gf loaf in freezer .also i refer u 2 nhs website where Coeliac Disease is explained. Coeliac disease is amalabsorption syndrome where the gf food is the medication and contamination is a large part of manageme tThank you.

This hotel is amazing staff are lovely Will help u all the way ,,, breakfast. It`s fab all meals are great had a steak in the evening with family first night it was top steak flavour mmmmm .. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We found it good value for money and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the receptionist. Due to my own carelessness I left my mobile phone at the hotel which was returned to me promptly. There was a very pleasant bar area in the hotel which was ideal for after theatre drinks. The rooms were spacious for London standards with a lovely bathroom. We will definitely return to this hotel

Very comfortable central hotel. Close to underground, but also easy to walk to some interesting areas of london. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose to stay there again, especially for theatres.

Great location, convenient for central London. Staff nice and friendly, did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We took breakfast option and it was worth the extra cost. Overall excellent hotel and would recommend to anyone.
