Stayed for two nights over new year, fabulous hotel, great location. Would defo stay again and would highly recommend. Rooms were spotless, beds so comfortable, food lovely and staff great :)

Had to queue for breakfast, for at least 10 minutes, along with at least 30 other waiting for a table. Maybe that is why checkout is at noon! Otherwise a good stay.

This hotel is great for seeing London, right on Oxford Street. Would stay here again and I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

stayed here very busy and bustling hotel lovely fairly spacious room, staff attentive and freindly would stay again. Would like to mention a lovely young lady at breakfast who was rushed off her feet but remained curtious throughout despite some over demanding guests!!

This is an impressive, large hotel in a perfect location on Oxford Street. We got a really good deal on hotels direct and it was well worth the money. The room (a standard double) was large and spacious, and it was one of the most comfortable beds I`ve ever slept in. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfecf, the room, the service, the quality of everything. Best hotel I`ve ever stayed in, I would definatley recommend.

The bathroom door would not shut unless you slammed it which was not good in the middle of the night , also the seal at the bottom of the shower screen was green and looked grubby , I felt the room looked a little tired .but felt the rest of the hotel looked festive and welcoming.

Stayed here with my daughter would def stay again. Staff are lovely. Room and beds are big and comfy. Also well equipped.

We were pleased with our stay and the general ambience of the hotel. The room was a little shabby with peeling paint and threadbare carpet seams but it was comfy.

It`s my 4th stay at The Thistle Marble Arch and I will definately be coming again, iv stayed in a lot of 4-5* hotels in London and this is one of my faverites the rooms are spacious beds very comfortable and I find the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for shopping and walking distance to most of the attractions, can`t wait for my next weekend in London.

Great bed, nice room. Lacking in a few finishing touches i.e. Bath panel a little shabby. Good service in the entire hotel however cold hash browns and sauté potatoes at breakfast.

All the staff were polite and helpful, I would definately stay here again when in London.

The wifi is so weak and and I can not get easily , I have to set near to the door to connect

The hotel is situated in the best location as we were going to `the proms in the park` so that made it perfect , we had stayed here before so this time chose room only as the breakfast on our last stay was haphazard and average, my only fault was that we could not check into our booked room at 2`oclock , we needed to change and meet friends at 2.45 but were told to come back at 3 an see if the room was ready! We complained and got offered a twin room instead, which we had to take in order to keep our other arrangements ! Good stay otherwise

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was not anywhere near 4 star. The rooms were sorely outdated and for 160 per night are no where near value for money.

Check in was smooth with rooms ready early. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Watch out for the bar bill which is extortionate, but probably the same for that area. Lovely reception area with a feeling of grand space. Great central location for all the tourist attractions.

Had an excellent stay. Hotel laid out balloons and cake for 60th Birthday. Hotel also gave us a free upgrade to celebrate the day. Unfortunately housekeeping was a little of a let down with no refil of tea and coffee or water.

Breakfast not open until 7.00 on weekend - big queues but quite efficient. Takes a lot of coach groups.

Big, busy, efficient hotel. No English staff. A bit tired. Close to Oxford St for great shopping.

10/10 to the staff. They were all friendly, helpful and happy and gave a great service. the hotel is warm and inviting, it smelt clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and our beds were very comfortable . The room was surprisingly quiet, We expected to hear a lot of traffic but not a sound, our room looked out to other hotel windows, but this did not bother us at all. All essentials were in the room, bathrobes are available on request.( very wise !! ) the bar had a lovely atmosphere, A wide range of breakfast`s were available but we did notice there were queues at times. oh and most importantly girls, it`s about a 5 minute walk to Selfridge`s. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast service suffers somewhat at weekends if put into the ante room. Had to ask member of staff for hot drinks as non were offered. Having said that it is a beautiful hotel, all the staff were very friendly & helpful and the rooms were serviced daily to a very good standard. I would definately recommend this hotel to others, it is my hotel of choice for London and I look forward to my next stay in December.

Tired rooms, noisy air conditioning, huge queue for breakfast which is not kept well stocked with food or crockery. Still a great location for shopping but the hotel needs to pull it`s socks up
