Hello to all the staff at the Paxton Hotel, we had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were so courteous and helpful. The location is great and within easy distance to the train stations. Thank you.
Second stay at the Paxton Residence and our stay was a good as the last one. Great facilities, lovely rooms and very affordable. Only very small downside was that our bed, which is made up of two single beds, did not have a matress topper over the joining single mattresses, therefore the sheet over the top pulled the two mattresses together. During the night, this tended to pull very slightly apart. However, had we said something to reception I am sure they would have resolved this, but we decided not to mention it given it was a minor issue, albeit, this did not exist during our first stay.
We recently stayed in this hotel. The hotel amenities are average, no in room tea making facilities, breakfast not upto the mark. Staffs are helpfulThe hotel should provide accurate information to the guests to make informed decision. The travelling from and to the hotel is a big problem. You have to pay 15 euro for 5 minutes drive from the hotel to the nearest railway station. After 9-00pm, you can not get any transport, even a taxi, from the nearest station to the hotel. One night we reached the station at 9-35pm from Paris, there was no bus; No taxi was available; we were left to walk about 2 miles. I have my family with me and we felt halpless and very frightened. At the end I have to request a local chinese restaurant owner for a lift to the hotel from the station. He was very kind. Please do think twice before booking this hotel if you do not have a car. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel for a family.
The hotel it self I had no problems with, the rooms were clean and tidy and set to a good standard, how ever the staff were not frendly at all they were not helpfull, especially the staff at the front desk.
The accomodation was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast room oddly positioned, easy access to the station only 1k away. More suited as business traveller as no local tourist information available. Internet not free although a nearby mc donalds does have. Possibly good value for Disney visitors wanting plain accomodation. No marketing of spa facilities and when we asked got a photo copied price list and not that attractively priced.
Delighted we chose to stay at Paxton Residence, a lovely hotel with great facilities, fantastic interior decor and staff that were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Short walk across to the shops and restaurants via bridge and also 5 minute drive to Euro Disney. Great location for getting about anywhere via either public transport (train across in Bussy St George`s) or hire car as we had. Great value for money, 10 out of 10 from us in all aspects, we will definately be staying there again when we go back in March..... recommend this hotel to anyone,
The whole hotel was very cleen.Despite this ,when we arrived for breakefast , we were left to find a table for ourselfs.The hotel was very close to disneyland,it has its own minni-bus to take people to the station , where one can connect,with trains,to go to the city. Overall this hotel was spetacular.
We found the accomodation, clean spacious, modern and very tidy. The rstraunt and breakfast were great and the staff very helpful, most speaking good english. The free shuttle bus to the train station was really useful. Would have been nice to have cups in the room and maybe tea and coffe making facilities. But will deffo stay again.
Provide towels for swimming, difficult to use internet due to keyboard being different to England.
