"Peaceful luxury"
Stayed for 2 nights with 16 yr old daughter on shopping trip. Fabulously quiet and comfy room. Attentive staff and eager to help concierge (Anthony was great) without being "in your face".. Would have loved to stay longer but funds did not permit! Great location for shopping. Want to stay again.

"Relax in Comfort"
My friend and I stayed for 3 nights, we had excellent service throughout. The beds were sooo comfortable!! We took advantage of the pool facilities which again were of the best. We will be returning and will get a good deal through Hotel Direct.

Very convenient location for shopping and theatres. Nice indoor pool for a refreshing swim.Staff very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Plenty of nearby breakfast venues for those, like us, not on on an expense account.The one meal we did have in the Landau restaurant was expensive (£45/head) but was superbgwg 12 April 2010.

It was great to spend the weekend and we enjoyed our base at the Langham. Thanks again to Ian our great "guide"! On this trip it was just me and my partner - a little romantic wekend! But we have been her before with my sister and our 3 teenage nieces who now ask us to to come to the Langham for special treats! This hotel has it all a mix of old style courtesy and charm with modern service. Thanks again!

I simply can not fault the Langham, the service, our room and everything was wonderful, it was a hotel that would normally be well out of my price range, but as a one-off stretch for a special romantic occaision it was worth every penny. If I can afford it again, I will go back.

"Lived up to its reputation"
Stayed for one night and the service was very good and the room and facilities of a very high standard. It has recently been renovated and as such everything looked very new.Pool was a tad colder than we would have liked, but overall a very nice stay - we would go again. Definitely recommend the bed and breakfast option.

"First class accommodation, service with very good location for central London"
We found the hotel presentation excellent, with warm and enviting interior, welcoming and friendly staff and excellent facilities. While we would have preferred to be nearer to charing cross, covent garden, the slightly different location was easy to overcome. Breakfast was very good with attentive and friendly staff, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the London Langham Hotel

"Fantastic service"
Beautiful hotel, which really knew how to look after its customers. I went with my girlfriend for one evening B&B for her Birthday, which as soon as I mentioned at the check-in desk the occasion we were offered a free upgrade to a Club Room (over £100 more expensive than the Classic Room I`d booked) and we received a champagne breakfast. It really made her / our weekend and we will certainly be returning in the future. Also, to add - the breakfast was superb as well!!

Were greeted by so many of the staff when we arrived and were made to feel very special. Room was nice, breakfast was out of this world and I have never come across such lovely curtious staff before. The only thing which came as a bit of a shock was the prices of the drinks in the bar!!

"Very poor service"
Having stayed at the Langham on many occassions I was really upset to receive the very poor quality of service I received on this stay. This included being shut out of our room on 2nd night, having to send the room service back three times, being charged for breakfast twice, having the booking changed to continental breakfast after paying for the stay and the room was dirty.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Langham where we were made to feel welcome. Our room was equipped with everything we could want and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

"Superb Hotel with wonderful customer service"
We were very impressed with the welcome we received and customer service throughout our stay. It opens your eyes to the lack of customer care generally received in Britain. Although the hotel is currently under refurbishment the only inconvenience was the journey to our room, but the exercise did us good. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated with all the necessary extras. The restaurant is elegant and food and service excellent. The experience was a real treat.

"Pure luxury!!"
Have just returned from a romantic weekend break at the Langham. The hotel is awesome ..... from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave you recieve first class service. The room was beautiful, the staff were amazing (nothing was too much trouble .... would particularly like to thank the lady who stopped what she was doing to take me 5 floors down to personally show me where the pool was). Food was spectacular. Drinks were very overpriced, my husband is still reeling from the single measures of vodka and gin that cost him £27!!!!! Avoid the mini bar at all costs (£3 for a chunky kitkat!!). Hotel is in an amazing location just a short walk away from Oxford Street. Would definitely recommend this hotel and am planning my next stay there. Worst thing about our trip was having to leave.

"Very enjoyable."
We had booked tickets for the Sound of Music at the Paladium and the Langham was perfectly placed in the West End just a short 5 minute walk from the theatre. Although the hotel entrance is currently being renovated the hotel was superb. The staff were excellent and it is a beautiful building. We will definately go again.

"EXELLENT HOTEL AND SERVICE"
FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED UNTILL THE MOMENT WE LEFT THE HOTEL AND STAFF COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE NOISE FROM RENOVATION WORK BUT THIS DID NOT DISTRACT FROM OUR STAY.

my only gripe was the breakfast, which we had bought to our room, the tomatoe was horrid!! thats it!!!! the room was lovely, clean and welcoming. the bathroom (which is always a sign of how the hotel is) was excellent. I will recommend this hotel to all that want to listen!!

Once we found our romm(had to be taken there due to no sign-posting when redecorating) all was well. Initial check in problems, although it was late at night. Incorrect details, given double and had to be moved to twin which is what we booked. Room size and cleanliness excellent as was the breakfast. Brilliant location
